Dealers
1. Dealer login
§ The ability to order through this website and access to the dealer login is only available to authorized dealers (not the general public) of Jeffrey Stein Sales at the discretion of the directors. Access to the dealer login is not an automatic right on becoming an authorized dealer.
§ Dealer access allows access to proprietary information including pricing of Jeffrey Stein Sales It is not permitted under any circumstances to share this proprietary information. Should you allow access to your dealer login unintentionally or otherwise you will be jointly and severally liable in both your personal capacity as the dealer, and as any legal entity associated with the account for any losses and legal costs incurred by the company for any civil action or any legal action deemed necessary against you.
§ Jeffrey Stein Sales reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the online account of any authorized dealer.
2. Stock Levels and Pricing
Our stock levels (in stock, out of stock, coming soon) are automatically updated every two hours. All prices are updated automatically on a daily basis and are displayed to dealers in ZAR (VAT excl.).
Every effort is made to ensure that these systems operate correctly. In the event of failure of these systems or incorrect display of pricing and/or availability information we will not be responsible for any losses incurred – refer point 3. of “Our Rights”.
Jeffrey Stein Sales reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
3. Order Policy and Discounts
This dealer login is only available to assist with the placing of orders as well as a quick and effective way to obtain the most recent pricing and stock levels.
All orders placed on this website are subject to confirmation by us via email or fax before processing. We are at no time obligated to supply you the dealer with goods until such time as we have confirmed your order via email or fax and you the dealer have paid for the goods or requested that your account be debited should you have such a facility with us.
Carton and/or cash before delivery discounts are not calculated at the time of ordering on the website. These will be calculated and confirmed to you the dealer via email or fax.
4. Delivery Policy
The delivery method requested prior to confirming your order on the website will be used. Jeffrey Stein Sales will not be responsible for the cost incurred or inconvenience caused should the wrong delivery method be selected.
